We know you’re busy, which is why we’ve made Delivery & Returns as effortless as possible.

Delivery

UK deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 delivery service, with next day delivery aim.

Your tracking number will be supplied when your parcel has been dispatched, letting you follow its every step from our door to yours.

We are unable to deliver to British Overseas Territories, BFPO or PO Box addresses.


Returns

Not happy?  You can return orders to us within 14 days for a full refund. Postage will not be refunded.

We can only refund products that reach us in a perfect, unused and resalable condition and in the original packaging. So we appreciate you taking care to retain everything, including the outer box, while deciding whether to keep your order.

We can help with exchanges, so if you want to trade your box for a different one, get in touch.  

Faulty item, or received the wrong thing? Let us know and we’ll be able to help you better.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return postage because we are a small business, just starting up. This is something we are aiming to offer our customers in the future.

Simply email info@thestoryboxco.com to begin your return.

You’ll be refunded within 10-15 days of StoryBox receiving your return.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your return doesn’t reach us, and you don’t have proof you sent it back to us, we won’t be able to refund you.
